Node type editing workflow

    Description

      A workflow should be created for/applied to node type templates, such that the usual CRUD properties are implemented in the repository instead of the frontend. The workflow should apply to the node types, and should be used when these are edited with the template builder.

      Note that this is separate from the remodel workflow, where content is converted to a new type.
